For juristic persons/ordinary persons who accept the terms and conditions with Simple Wellness Co., Ltd. only.

In case of refund

1. According to the terms and conditions of the Simple Wellness Co., Ltd., the consumer has the right to change/return/terminate the purchase contract by sending a letter of intent within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The company shall refund the full amount paid by the consumer within 15 days from the date the consumer exercises the right to return such product by email to hello@simplewellness.ai.

1. In case of failure to submit documents on time, the payouts will be paid in the next round in all cases.

2. In case the 25th is a holiday, the transfer will be postponed to the next business day.

3. In case of incomplete documents, the company reserves the right not to pay in all cases.
